Whiteriver Construction's current abilities are centered in the areas of project management, construction management, and general contracting performing new construction, renovations, additions, road, utility, and infrastructure, projects under hard bid, design/build and CMAR delivery methods for Public Works, Federal and Private Projects. We bring a construction team experienced in all aspects of commercial construction including Northern Arizona soil issues, remote location performance, and hazardous material removal.
As a local contractor in the White Mountains of Arizona we have long established relationships with many of the subcontractors in the local area and currently have a subcontractor database of over 1000 firms throughout Arizona, New Mexico, Utah, and Colorado. Additionally, we have the relationships with specialized firms in Phoenix and Albuquerque to be able to handle issues such as hazardous material removal.
We currently have and employ specialized construction computing software to include Sure Track scheduling and Master Builder Accounting software. These applications allow complete/detailed scheduling and cost accounting for all projects. Our current work load insures that all required personnel would be available to complete this project in the scheduled period.
