Renovation of the School, Dining Building, & Dormitory. Scope of work will include: extensive asbestos abatement, mechanical and electrical system upgrades and retrofits; building accessibility improvements, interior and exterior maintenance items, site drainage, utility, and other improvements and renovations as per the drawings and specifications.

Canyon Day JHS Athletic Facility

Construct and equip new athletic building for the Whiteriver Unified School District. Renovation portion of the project consisted of replacing existing Facade, improving existing parking lot, and construct a new drainage channel to correct an existing site drainage problem.


NPC Painted Desert Campus Renovation

NPC Painted Desert Campus Renovation

Project consisted of the remodel of 7524 sq. ft. plus the addition of 8,399 sq. ft. of classroom and office areas of a former US Air Force base purchased by Northland Pioneer College. Project included extensive demolition, site-work, concrete slabs, CMU, structural steel, electrical, plumbing, framing, drywall, and typical commercial finishes. Due to the nature of the project (demolition/remodel) several unforeseen conditions were encountered throughout the construction process. Additionally, the project was significantly redesigned at the 50% point requiring intense coordination with all subcontractor and suppliers.
