Job Summary: Project consists of the construction of a convenience store, fuel station, restaurants, cultural center, and car wash in Tuba City. Project was completed on a contaminated site which required extensive coordination with the EPA and other local agencies.


Navajo Nation Assisted Living Facility

Navajo Nation Assisted Living Facility

Job Summary: This project entailed building an 8,000 Sq.Fr. assisted living facility at Chinle on the Navajo Reservation. Due to the poor soils on the project location, over excavation and back fill was required for this project. Additionally, due to the drought, lagoon water had to be procured and used on the project. This project was delayed by the owner for approximately 10 months due to disputes with the local utility company. Due to our close relationship with our major subcontractors, we were able to return and complete the project at no additional cost to the owner in spite of this delay.


Zuni Head Start Facility

Zuni Head Start Facility

Job Summary: This project included three buildings (total of 14,000 sq. ft.) with commercial kitchen, parking and drive, and associated utilities. The project was located in a flood plane and required over excavation and build up of the pad areas. Additionally, due to the location and the non-availability of utilities, this entire project was built utilizing generators and trucked water. In spite of these restrictions, the project was successfully completed under budget and on time.
