Job Summary:
Design and construction of four separate new library facilities. On this project Whiteriver Construction provided pre construction and construction project management (general contractor) services.

While working in the pre construction phase our services included plans review, estimating, scheduling and value engineering services. Upon approximately 90% completion of the plans and specifications, Whiteriver Construction provided the owner a guaranteed maximum price for the actual construction which was under their budget.

Upon the approval of the design documents and GMP we started our role as the construction general contract which included scheduling, subcontractor procurement and management, material procurement, contract administration, and quality control management

Job Summary:
The NPS EMS Clinic was constructed for the National Park Service inside a U.S. National Park at the South Rim of the Grand Canyon. This projects consists of the design and construction of an EMS addition that included demolition, abatement, and tenant improvements such as metal framing, drywall, painting, cabinets, flooring, telecommunications & pre-wiring.
